The current situation at the Club is:


The Clubhouse has reopened to members under restricted operating conditions in accordance with the Last Step of the government's roadmap to recovery. Patron limits apply, seated service only and contact details are required for tracing purposes. In addition to the normal dress code, masks are required to be worn inside the Clubhouse (except while consuming food or beverages).

The main course and the practice facilities are open. 

Members' guests are permitted on most days but only after competition times on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Saturdays. 

The course is also open to green fee players, but due to member demand tee times are limited and usually only available during off-peak times.

Green fee players and reciprocal club members can enquire about booking a round on the main course at a future date by clicking on this link.  

Players must also conform to other government restrictions such as carrying a mask and maintaining social distance at all times.

The Par-3 course has re-opened to all, however, there can be no walk-ups.

Every player must be registered on the timesheet prior to play. Members can do this themselves, online or by calling the Pro Shop to make a booking. Non-members must book via the Pro Shop (5255 6255).

Players must also conform to other government restrictions such as carrying a mask and maintaining social distance at all times.

Juniors who are registered in the Club's Aces program will receive updates via email regarding future sessions.

Accommodation in the Clubhouse has reopened, subject to government regulations.

If you’re a regular guest and your annual group booking was cancelled, please contact reservations to express your interest in retaining your regular dates for 2021. The reservations team will contact group leaders with existing bookings as their dates approach.

Clubhouse dining

There is a maximum of 40 members seated for service inside the entire Clubhouse at any one time. Links Room #1, Links Room #2, the Verandah Bar and Members’ Lounge – up to a maximum of 10 people in each room. 

When weather permits, the deck will be open for seated food and beverage service, increasing the total number permitted. Let’s hope for plenty of sunny days ahead.

Table service only; one-hour limit in most cases to ensure the maximum amount of member access. Bookings may be made for lunch and dinner service.

Takeaway coffee and snacks will be available from the Verandah Bar. Please collect your order and exit the Clubhouse promptly. 

General opening times: Monday & Tuesday: 7:00am-6:00pm; Wednesday to Sunday: 7:00am- 7:00pm.

In regard to the kitchen, snacks will be available until 5:00pm on Mondays and Tuesdays. On the remaining days the bar menu is available between 3:00- 6:30pm.

Dining Room Menus

As a private Club, the dining facilities in the clubhouse are only open to members, their guests, house guests and those invited to attend specific events and functions.

After signing in as visitors, suitably attired green fee players are invited to dine either before or after their round. Players should use this green fee booking form to enquire about dining.

The Club is renowned for upholding golfing traditions but it takes a more modern approach to dining. The kitchen’s focus is on quality and consistency, using locally sourced ingredients wherever possible.

The Club offers several dining options.

Breakfast for members, their guests, green fee players and house guests is served in the Links Room from 7.00am to 9.30am everyday.

Lunch and ‘all day’ snacks are served in the Links Room from 11.30am to 3.00pm.

Dinner for members and house guests is served in The Formal Dining Room from 6.30pm, the menu for which changes seasonally. Those who would prefer to dine in a more relaxed atmosphere without a jacket may dine in the Links Room. To facilitate the best possible experience, diners who have special dietary requirements are asked to advise the Club before their visit. Please call 5255 6255 to reserve your table.

A member-based advisory group convenes through the year to provide input on wine list construction and the annual wine dinner.

The wine list includes a strong representation of the best wines produced in the Greater Geelong and Bellarine region.
