Provision of accommodation and dining has been affected by government regulations regarding Stage 3 restrictions from 11.59pm Wednesday 5th August 2020
The Clubhouse will close from 6.00pm Wednesday 5th August for at least six-weeks.
Only the lower ground floor bathrooms and locker rooms will remain open for member access.
The coffee and snacks takeaway window “Under the Arch” will reopen from Thursday 6th August from 7:00am-4:00pm. Suitably masked and distanced members will be able to purchase coffees and snacks before and after their round by using their house levy, account or by tap-and-go credit/debit cards. (No cash)
The refreshments cart will operate daily.
The member-only evening takeaway meals will continue. Menus to pre-order from are updated weekly on Thursdays.

The dates of the Clubhouse & Environs Master Plan feedback sessions will be rescheduled to after the six week Stage 3 restriction period.
Member-only takeaway meals
The Club’s kitchen is offering a member-only takeaway meal service. Menus will change weekly and are offered with matching wines.
Dining Room Menus
As a private Club, the dining facilities in the clubhouse are only open to members, their guests, house guests and those invited to attend specific events and functions.
The Clubhouse has reopened to members (only) under restricted operating conditions in accordance with Step 3 of the government's roadmap to recovery.
At this stage members (only) are able to play on the main course and use the practice facilities (density restrictions apply).
Due to high demand, members’ guests, reciprocal club and green fee players are currently unable to access the course. We look forward to welcoming back guests when pressure on the timesheet eases. The situation will be reviewed regularly.

The Par-3 courses has not yet reopened for public play but members may bring guests.
The accommodation facilities within the Clubhouse remain closed until further notice.

If you’re a regular guest and your annual group booking was cancelled, please contact reservations to express your interest in retaining your regular dates for 2021. The reservations team will contact group leaders with existing bookings as their dates approach.
The Club is renowned for upholding golfing traditions but it takes a more modern approach to dining. The kitchen’s focus is on quality and consistency, using locally sourced ingredients wherever possible.
The Club offers several dining options.
Breakfast for members, their guests, green fee players and house guests is served in the Links Room from 7.00am to 9.30am everyday.
Lunch and ‘all day’ snacks are served in the Links Room from 11.30am to 3.00pm.
Dinner for members and house guests is served in The Formal Dining Room from 6.30pm, the menu for which changes seasonally. Those who would prefer to dine in a more relaxed atmosphere without a jacket may dine in the Links Room. To facilitate the best possible experience, diners who have special dietary requirements are asked to advise the Club before their visit. Please call 5255 6255 to reserve your table.

A member-based advisory group convenes through the year to provide input on wine list construction and the annual wine dinner.
The wine list includes a strong representation of the best wines produced in the Greater Geelong and Bellarine region.
