Staying in the Clubhouse
Staying in the Clubhouse offers guaranteed tee times during busy periods such as weekends, holidays and January. Many guests describe the experience as akin to “honorary membership,” with access to the facilities enjoyed by members.
For almost a century the Clubhouse has been integral to the Barwon Heads experience, standing beside the final green and offering expansive course views. Its setting, history and atmosphere make an overnight stay with golf the ideal way to enjoy links golf at Barwon Heads.
Most guests choose the full-board package, which includes dinner, breakfast, an eighteen-hole round, and lunch. A bed-and-breakfast option is also available. Periodic accommodation-and-golf packages may offer added value.
Guests are reminded to observe the Club’s dress code when on the course and when entering the Clubhouse.

Registration and Check-in
The front desk is open daily for guest registration, generally between 8.00am and 5.00pm (until 4.00pm on Sundays). Guest rooms are available from 2.00pm. Luggage storage and change rooms are available for guests playing before check-in. If arriving after 5.00pm, please contact the Club in advance.
Check-out
Check-out is by 10.00am. Guests playing golf on their final morning must vacate their rooms before teeing off.
Payment
A credit card is required to secure an accommodation booking. The card provided is charged 14 days prior to the date of arrival. MasterCard and Visa are accepted.
Cancellations
Cancellations within seven days of arrival incur a $50.00 per person per night charge. Guests who do not arrive, or cancel on the day of arrival, will be charged the full tariff.
Re-booking
Groups returning annually are offered first preference for the same dates the following year. Re-booking must be arranged at check-out.
Please note: The Clubhouse is not equipped for infants. Guests travelling with children should contact the Club before booking.
