Notes and other useful tips for logging in to the member area of the website:
Trouble logging in.
If you cannot see the login box at all make sure Reader View on your browser is turned off.
If you’re experiencing difficulties logging in you may need to clear your cache / website browsing history.
How to Clear the Cache.
iPhone, iPad & mac
If you’re using Google Chrome on an iPhone or iPad see here for web-based instructions.
If you’re using Safari on a Mac (e.g. MacBook) click here for instructions.
Android devices e.g. Samsung smart phones.
If you are using an Android device the method will differ depending on the web browser.
Updating your home screen icon.
If you see other members quickly logging in to the website using the icon below it looks like they have an app installed. In fact, at this time there is no app; the icon is a simply a shortcut button to the website.

Saving your username and password.
