Junior Vic Open Winners crowned

Congratulations to Western Australian Joseph Buttress (Western Australia Golf Club) and South Australian Raegan Denton (Royal Adelaide) for taking out the Boys and Girls Junior Victorian Opens for 2022. Both Joseph and Raegan have won starts in the 2023 Victorian Open at Thirteenth Beach Golf Links.

Buttress shot an impressive 65 in the final round to finish at 14 under, winning by 10 shots  over Metropolitan’s Michael Song.

The girls event was tighter, with Denton shooting 70 to finish at 4-under, 3 shots in front of Ann Jang (New South Wales Golf Club) and Jazy Roberts (Belvoir Park).

Club President Andrew de Crespigny presented prizes to all gross and net winners across all age groups in front of a packed Clubhouse of juniors and parents/carers from around Australia.
