Women’s Pathway to Golf
The Barwon Heads Golf Club is excited to introduce a Women’s Pathway to Golf Beginner Program.
The program has created an opportunity for women to learn golf in a relaxed, fun filled environment at one of the best golf clubs / practice facilities in the country.
Our program is designed to create and foster an engaging social environment where the beginner golfer experiences a variety of positives that club life offers and to learn the necessary skills required to play golf.
Carefully selected current members will act as mentors to help with and encourage beginner development on course.

Clinic details
- All clinics to be conducted by a PGA Professional.
- 60-minute sessions.
- Small group size per class.
- Eight-week beginner, intermediate & advanced clinics.
All clinics include:
- Equipment if required.
- Complimentary coffee after each clinic in the Clubhouse.
Programs
Term One 2024
Offered Tuesdays or Saturdays starting from Tuesday 30th of January and Saturday 3rd of February
Eight-week BEGINNER program $499
- Clinics to cover the basics of putting, chipping, bunkers, pitching and full swing.
- Six x 60-minute clinics
- Two sessions on the Par-3 Course, with the sessions accompanied by a golf professional.
- 2 x small buckets of range balls per week for program duration
- Final lunch
- A folder of notes
- Complimentary access to the Par 3 course for program duration
- 10% off member prices on all hardware and apparel
- Pathway to golf polo & cap
Eight-week INTERMEDIATE program $545
- Clinics to further improve technique on putting, chipping, pitching, bunkers and two sessions on putting and full swing
- Six x 60-minute clinics
- Two on-course sessions on the main course with a Professional
- Two x 30-minute lessons
- 2 x small buckets of range balls per week for program duration
- Complimentary access to the Par 3 course for program duration
- 10% off member prices on all hardware and apparel
- Final lunch
- Limited access to the main course over the eight-week program
Eight-week INTERMEDIATE PLUS program $545
- Clinics to further improve technique on putting, chipping, pitching, bunkers and two sessions on putting and full swing
- Six x 60-minute clinics
- Two on-course sessions on the main course with a Professional
- 2 x 30-minute lessons
- 2 x small buckets of range balls per week for program duration
- Limited access to the main course over the eight-week program

- Current members to act as mentors to encourage participation outside of the clinics
