HOUSE LEVY

Please read the following information about the status of your house levy.

House Levy 2024-2025 - Extension

Your 2024-2025 (current) levy would normally expire on 30 April 2025 and unused amounts forfeited. This date has been extended to 30 April 2026.

House Levy 2025-2026 - Due Date

The full house levy for the 2025-2026 levy year (May 2025-April 2026) remains unchanged at $420. This will appear on your March statement (emailed in early April), due and payable in full by 30 April 2025. The levy will become active and usable from the 1st of May 2024. This levy will also expire on 30 April 2026.

For those members on direct debit, this payment will be debited on 30 April.

ACCOMMODATION IN THE CLUBHOUSE

Accommodation guests are expected to return to the Clubhouse from mid-September 2025, with bookings already open for returning golf groups and overnight stays.

The 2025 Christmas/New Year period and the month of April 2026 are already shaping up to be especially popular, as members use their house levy/levies before expiration. To secure your preferred dates (at special member-only rates), we recommend booking your accommodation early.

PENNANT

A reminder that you can follow the weekly results on the dedicated pennant page on the website (under the GOLF/Members menu). The season is well underway and on balance the Barwon Heads teams have made a pretty good start, particularly the women who have lost only one of nine played.

PRESIDENT'S COCKTAIL PARTY

Date Change.

Originally scheduled for Saturday 31 May, it has been decided not to host the President’s Cocktail Party during the Clubhouse renovation. An alternative date will be confirmed later in the year, most likely in December.

calendar icon WOMEN'S GUEST DAY

New Date: Originally scheduled for 22 April, the Women’s Guest Day (Pinehurst) will now take place on Tuesday 29 April.
