Many members choose to pay their annual subscriptions, house levy and/or monthly statements by direct debit from their bank accounts. From the end of April 2024, there will now be the option to use your credit card. (Visa or Mastercard only).
Members who already use direct debit to pay their accounts who do not want to use a credit card, do not need to do anything. Existing direct debit arrangements that members have in place will continue.
Any member who would like to pay their accounts automatically by direct debit using a credit card will need to complete a Direct Debit Request Form and agree to the terms of our provider, Ezidebit. (See below.)
What are my Direct Debit Options?
Whether you pay your account by direct debit from your nominated bank account or credit card you have three options to choose from:
Have your annual subscription and house levy automatically paid in full (on the last business day of June and April respectively) together with all other charges on your monthly statement. These direct debits will take place on the final two business days of the month your statement is due.
Have your annual subscription (only) automatically deducted in 12 equal instalments. (This option incurs a 5% administration fee on each monthly instalment). These direct debits will take place on the last business day of each month commencing in June.
Have your annual subscription automatically deducted (as per (2) above) along with all other charges incurred on your monthly statement. These direct debits will take place on the final two business days of the month your statement is due.
Please identify your preference from the options above when completing your Direct Debit Request Form.
Is there a fee for using a Credit card?
Yes, in addition to any administration fee stated above, a 1.1% credit card transaction fee that is charged to the Club will be passed on to members who choose this option.

As mentioned in the March Member Update the full house levy for the 2024-2025 levy year (May 2024-April 2025) has been set by the Committee at its February meeting and will remain unchanged at $420.
This charge will appear on your March statement (emailed in early April), due and payable in full by 30 April 2024. The levy will become active and usable from 1 May 2024. For those members on direct debit, this payment will be debited on Tuesday 30 April 2024.
A
reminder that your 2023-2024 (current) levy expires on Tuesday 30 April 2024
and unused amounts will be forfeited.
Your 2024-2025 Subscriptions
Your subscriptions will appear on your May 2024 statement, due and payable for those paying in one lump sum by 1st July 2024.
