Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of The Barwon Heads Golf Club Inc. (A0028733P) will be held at the Clubhouse on Saturday 15 November 2025 at 4.30pm.
BUSINESS
To confirm the minutes of the previous Annual General Meeting held on 16 November 2024.
To receive a financial and general report, statement of accounts and balance sheet for the year ended 30 June 2025.
To elect Office Bearers and Ordinary Committee Members for the year 2025/2026.
To appoint an auditor.
To conduct any special business of which due notice has been given.
