Thank
you to all the members who voted in the two extraordinary general meetings that
were held on Saturday 20 January, 2024. A total of 1,354 members participated in
the voting process, which represented 83% of the voting members of the Club.
Over 200 members attended the extraordinary general meetings in person at the
Clubhouse.
EGM No.1RESULTThe Motion in the Committee instigated Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM No. 1) was passed. For: 824 votes (60.9%) Against: 530 votes (39.1%) Total Votes cast: 1,354 EGM NO.2 RESULT The motion in the Member requested Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM No.2) was defeated. For: 564 votes (42.0%) Against: 778 votes (58.0%)
